Todd Rickel is the managing partner and president of EDUGRP, LLC

Since 2006, Todd Rickel has served as managing partner and president of Rickel Education Group LLC, in Akron, Ohio. His company offers solutions such as enrollment and revenue growth, faculty development, and online platform rollouts. Also experienced in new academic program expansion and financial forecasting and analysis, he functions as managing partner and president of the K-20 education innovations company EDUGRP, LLC. Over the course of his career in education, Todd Rickel has accomplished much. He grew college online and hybrid operations by four times over three years with 35-percent margins, and was able to operate 23 K-12 institutions through internet-only curriculums at 30-percent margins.

Todd Rickel has experience in several institutions of higher learning. At the University of Akron, he served as vice president and executive dean for the College of Applied Science and Technology. He also spent four years in various roles at the University of Phoenix, including campus director and director of academic affairs. Additionally, he lent his expertise to Herzing Educational System and Anthem Education Group.

In addition to his master's degree in cultural anthropology and his bachelor's in biology, Rickel holds a doctor of philosophy in cultural foundations of education.
